Does your group/organization need to raise some money? Are you a member of a team or club that wants to do a little fund-raising? Your local Taco Bueno wants to help!
We’d be happy to host your fund-raising event. All you need to do is invite as many people as possible to join you in enjoying some great Taco Bueno food, and your group/organization will receive 15% of net sales. It’s that easy.
Here’s how it works:
- Simply call (972) 919-4875 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll work with you to design a Fund-Raiser Night for your group/organization.
- We’ll give you access to our online template that allows you to print your own announcement posters and invitations to communicate your Fund-Raising Night to your members and supporters
- When the event is over, receipts from the people you invited are totaled to determine the sales associated with your event.
- Taco Bueno will send a check for 15% of the net sales (excluding tax) associated with your event.
Helpful hints to a successful fundraiser:
We recommend that a few key members of your group get involved in actively promoting the event as well as being present during the event to help make sure that things go smoothly. Remember, the more people who attend, the more money you can raise for your group/organization. Target your family members, friends, neighbors, organization members, etc.
During the event, your members and supporters should identify themselves as supporting your group when they place their order. We’ll keep a copy of their receipt.
That’s it. Have fun, enjoy friends and a great meal, all while raising money for your group. It’s easy and it really works!
